Ingreso de animales con un peso promedio de 175 kg, desarrollados sobre pasturas implantadas como Gatton Panic. El ciclo de recría se extiende durante aproximadamente 16 meses, con ganancias sostenidas de peso antes del ingreso al feedlot

Terminación en feedlot

Sistema intensivo de engorde a corral con ingreso promedio de 391 kg. Dietas basadas en maíz y subproductos permiten ganancias diarias superiores a 1,2 kg en ciclos de aproximadamente 100 días

Producción de granos

Desarrollo de superficie agrícola destinada a maíz y sorgo para abastecimiento interno. La operación pasó de 50 a más de 1.000 hectáreas preparadas para siembra

Infraestructura hídrica

Sistema de captación desde el Río Bermejo mediante canales de más de 18 km, complementado con represas que superan los 150 millones de litros de capacidad

Autonomía alimentaria

Integración progresiva de producción propia en la dieta del feedlot. Actualmente se cubre aproximadamente el 17% con proyección de superar el 80%

Optimización productiva

Seguimiento de indicadores productivos con incrementos superiores al 200% en superficie sembrada y más del 240% en stock animal desde el inicio de operaciones
